This firm contracts a third party, Paypal for it's credit card services and shall not be liable for any fees inccurred for this transaction. Payment by paypal consitutes acceptance of the firm's standard non-refundable retainer agreement. No refunds will ever be issued through Paypal, and no Paypal fees shall ever be refunded.
